Stacy Dash Wants To See End To ‘Black History Month’–And BET

Stacey Dash is at it again, and is offering you another reason not to like her. The “Clueless” actress said to the amusement of her peers on the conservative Fox & Friends show that Black History Month; the BET network and the BET Awards, and any and all things celebrating Black culture should be done away with.

Dash said all that in response to the growing controversy over the lack of diversity in the Oscar Awards.

“We have to make up our minds,” the actress-turned-conservative-pundit said on Wednesday’s “Fox & Friends.”

“Either we want to have segregation or integration. And if we don’t want segregation, then we need to get rid of channels like BET and the BET Awards and the Image Awards where you’re only awarded if you’re black.

“If it were the other way around, we would be up in arms. It’s a double standard.”

Maybe someone should point out to Stacey that it already is the other way around. Which is why folks are talking about the Oscars in the first place. DUH.
