Imprisoned New Orleans rapper C-Murder is still fighting the system while maintaining his innocence. Nearly a decade after being convicted a second time over murder charges involving a 16 year old inside an area nightclub, C-Murder is serving time–and dropping new music and videos.
“Dear Supreme Court,” is a track off his upcoming album Penitentiary Chances.
C-Murder has appealed his life sentence but has thus far found no relief in the courts, although a number of witnesses who testified him in state court have since recanted their testimony.
A source close to the rapper told AllHipHop.com that C-Murder’s case is getting a closer look by a number of parties–including President Barack Obama himself.
