Hillary Clinton has already made history by becoming the first woman expected to secure the nomination of a major political party for the White House. She also may make history again by choosing as her running mate another woman–Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, 66.
The two politicians met today and the political press is speculating that Clinton will offer Warren a place on the Democratic ticket as Vice President.
If Clinton chooses Warren, it will mark the first time in American history that two females will head a major party presidential ticket.
This past Tuesday, Clinton reached the sum she needed to earn the Democratic nomination for President. She will face Republican Donald Trump in November.
