Love and Hip Hop: Miami star Trina has linked up with a hodgepodge of other ladies of the Hip Hop Old Skool for the “Queens of Hip Hop” event set to jump off in Atlanta on March 17th.

Additional cities will be added to the itinerary, with expected stops in L.A. and New York coming as well.

The bill includes a ton of names we haven’t heard in YEARS: Mia X; Rah Digga; Monie Love; Yo-Yo; Nikki D and Lady Of Rage.

Also featured: Eve, MC Lyte, and Remy Ma.

But it wasn’t the names on the bill that got folks talking on social media; it was the names that weren’t on the list which got the most attention.

Instagram users wondered how promoters could call the event a “Hip Hop Queens” show and not also feature names such as Lil Kim, Da Brat, Lauryn Hill, Foxy Brown–and now web superstar Khia, who has long said she should be included in any Hip Hop event that features the genre’s Divas.

However, its unclear what the promoters budget looks like. Kim, Foxy, and the eccentric Hill are known to expect a hefty payday for shows.

But fans also wondered how promoters could label long-forgotten rapper Lady Of Rage a “Queen of Hip Hop”? Lady Of Rage last released an album in 1997. Her most recent mixtape dropped in 2005.

The Atlanta event takes place at the city’s Phillips Arena.
