Famed socialite and baby mama to eccentric rap icon Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, is heading to the White House.
She’s set to meet with President Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and other White House officials, to reportedly press for prison reform and to discuss the ongoing case of Alice Marie Johnson, a 62 year old African-American grandmother who is serving a life sentence on a drug charge.
Johnson has been in prison over 20 years.
Finally, there is a growing movement to address much-needed reform of prison sentencing guidelines in the U.S., and Trump has said he is open to making adjustments.
Its unclear how Kim got involved in all of it though–or how much work she’s putting in for the effort.
But Twitter doesn’t think she’s the one to push for such heady social change anyway.
Some users seem to doubt Kim even knows what a prison is.
OK, let’s recap:
Donald Trump is president.
Kim Kardashian is heading to the White House to discuss policy.
A Russian journalist dead yesterday turns up at a presser today.
North Korea won’t give up nukes but will open a burger chain as consolation.
The day isn’t half over.

Donald Trump is meeting with Kim Kardashian today. One of them is an ignorant washed up reality star with no reason for being famous who’s done an extraordinary amount of damage to the nation’s moral fiber. So is the other.

BREAKING: Kim Kardashian is headed to the White House today to discuss Prison reform with Jared Kushner.
No, I’m not making this up.
Call me crazy, but perhaps ex-prisoners and prison guards should be discussing this, and not a Reality TV star…
