Britain’s Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle are expecting their first child.
The news was released via statement by a spokesperson for Kensington Palace on Monday morning.
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019,” the statement reads, which was also sent by tweet.

Rumors had swirled fr months that the two, who wed in May, were expecting a baby but now its confirmed.
Meghan is biracial: her mother is Black, and her father is White. Meghan and Harry’s child will be the first royal with a direct line to the throne known to have African ancestry.
Some royal watchers were hoping Meghan would $eal the deal by delivering a royal baby; and at 37 years old, royal watchers were hoping it’d happen quick fast and in a hurry.
