Talk show queen Wendy Williams has for parts of this year been the Hottest Of The Hot Topics, due to her dack-slinging estranged hubby of more than 20 years, Kevin Hunter, who impregnated his side piece while doing double duty between the palatial home he maintained with Wendy and his concubine’s suburban chateau.
When the rumors turned into headline, undeniable news, Wendy finally addressed the chit-chat and subsequently filed for divorce–and sacked Kev as her show’s producer, where he called shots and earned a fat paycheck that provided the cash he needed to support a side chick +1.
That humiliating ordeal might be enough to keep some women away from Kev for good, but rumors circulated this week that suggested a reconciliation, on business terms at least, was in the works.
Wendy now denies that talk.
In an appearance on FOX 5 NY, when asked whether she and Kev were reuniting, Wendy said, “Right now the only business, and I repeat, the only business that me and Mr. Hunter are involved with is getting a divorce finalized.”
Wendy later added that she’s moved on and that she needs a divorce “yesterday, now”.
Fans breathed a sigh of relief over that. Wendy’s fans adore her for her straight talk so it was inconceivable to them that a woman who features a daily segment of advice called Ask Wendy that often focuses on relationship advice wouldn’t follow common sense and leave a cheating, baby-making man who she presumably makes more loot than, alone.
But after 20 plus long years, everybody knows that anything is possible, including reconciliation, so we’ll wait just have to wait and see.
But in the meantime, Wendy has been living it up in her new normal, partying with a number of her celebrity friends, including Blac Chyna.
