Eminem Drops A Trump Diss For BET Hip Hop Awards 2017

Last night’s BET Hip Hop awards belonged to newcomer Cardi B. The female MC butterfly’d away with a total 5 awards, including Best New Hip Hop Artist.

Right behind her was Kendrick Lamar, who snagged 4 awards.

Also representing–but obviously not nominated–was the still-youthful looking rap legend Eminem, 44, who dropped a diss freestyle aimed at President Trump. In it, Em disavowed Trump, Trump voters and white supremacists (which are pretty much the same group), inviting all of them to not support him (Eminem) or his music.

In other words, Em probably told at least half his fan base to kick rocks:

“…And any fan of mine who’s a supporter of his/ I’m drawing in the sand a line/ You’re either for or against/ And if you can’t decide who you like more and you’re split/ On who you should stand beside/ I’ll do it for you with this.”–Eminem

Em then closed the freestyle with a middle finger to the camera.

The freestyle diss came at a convenient time for Eminem: he’s set to drop a new album in November, his first since 2013’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2, which sold nearly 4 million copies, becoming one of the best selling albums of the year.
