Olive Garden Fires Manager Who Allowed Racist Customer To Not Be Served By Black Employees; Customer Reportedly Said Black 16 Year Old Waitress ‘Should Work In A Strip Club’

Welcome to Trump’s America.

An Olive Garden restaurant manager at an Evansville, Indiana location is now looking for a job after the manager complied with a request by a racist White female customer to not be served by Black employees.

Amira Donahue, a 16 year old waitress at the eatery, said the customer–who was accompanied by a group of adults and two children–loudly complained about the Black employees even being in the establishment.

That broad then reportedly had the nerve to say that Donahue, who is a juvenile, should go ‘work in a strip club’.

“She made comments about me to my co-workers concerning my race and saying that I should work at a strip club instead,” Donahue told NBC News on Wednesday. “She asked if I’m even black and if I am from here.”

According to Donahue, the racist customer became irate at the sight of a Black server and angrily screamed for the manager to dispatch a non-Black server.

Another customer, Maxwell Robbins, observed the racist spectacle and took to Facebook to explain what he saw. According to Robbins, the racist customer referred to the Black employees as “colored’, and was promptly assured by the manager that no Blacks would serve her.

Robbins said Donahue was in tears after event, which motivated him to share his social media post.

“The young lady was in tears and had no one to support her,” Robbins said Wednesday. “So I felt if I didn’t write this post, nothing would have happened and she would continue to go to work for a place that she feels uncomfortable at and unwanted at.”

A spokesperson for Olive Garden said the company completed its internal investigation on Monday, and let the manager go shortly after that.

“As a result of our investigation, we made the decision to separate with the manager involved,” she said.
